This website is operated by The Tee Company. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to The Tee Company By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional terms and policies referenced herein.

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.


1. Print-on-Demand Fulfillment by Printful

The Tee Company uses Printful, a third-party print-on-demand service provider, to fulfill and ship all orders. Products are made-to-order and only produced after an order is placed.

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Items are fulfilled and shipped by Printful on our behalf.

  • We do not carry inventory or fulfill orders directly.

  • Minor variations in product appearance may occur due to the nature of digital mockups, screen color settings, or print production.


2. Returns & Refunds

Since each item is custom-made, all sales are final, unless:

  • Your item is damaged, defective, or misprinted.

  • You received the wrong item.

To request a refund or replacement:

  • Contact us at theteecompanymanagement@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Printful handles manufacturing issues (like misprints or defects). If approved, we will replace the item or refund you in full—your choice.

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect sizing ordered

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Shipping delays not caused by us or Printful


3. Shipping Terms

Orders are generally fulfilled within 2–7 business days, with shipping times depending on your location.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or weather.

  • You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address at checkout.

  • International customers (outside the U.S.) may be charged customs fees or taxes.


4. California Consumer Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you are entitled under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) to request:

  • Information about the personal data we collect and how it's used

  • Access to or deletion of your personal data

  • That we do not sell your personal information (we do not)

5. Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure all product listings and pricing are accurate, but we are not liable for any inaccuracies or omissions. Colors may differ slightly from how they appear on your device screen.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or prices at any time without notice. Prices are subject to change.


7. Third-Party Providers

8. Governing Law

These Terms and any related policies or disputes are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
