Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to The Tee Company By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional terms and policies referenced herein.

1. Print-on-Demand Fulfillment by Printful

The Tee Company uses Printful, a third-party print-on-demand service provider, to fulfill and ship all orders. Products are made-to-order and only produced after an order is placed.

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree that:

Items are fulfilled and shipped by Printful on our behalf.
We do not carry inventory or fulfill orders directly.
Minor variations in product appearance may occur due to the nature of digital mockups, screen color settings, or print production.

2. Returns & Refunds

Since each item is custom-made, all sales are final, unless:

Your item is damaged, defective, or misprinted.
You received the wrong item.

To request a refund or replacement:

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Printful handles manufacturing issues (like misprints or defects). If approved, we will replace the item or refund you in full—your choice.

We cannot offer refunds for:

Incorrect sizing ordered
Buyer’s remorse
Shipping delays not caused by us or Printful

3. Shipping Terms

Orders are generally fulfilled within 2–7 business days, with shipping times depending on your location.

Please note:

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or weather.
You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address at checkout.
International customers (outside the U.S.) may be charged customs fees or taxes.

4. California Consumer Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you are entitled under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) to request:

Information about the personal data we collect and how it's used
Access to or deletion of your personal data
That we do not sell your personal information (we do not)
